ABOUT GUILTY AS CHARGED

Formed in early 1990, Two friends with influences of punk, hardcore and metal, created Guilty As Charged with a local drummer and bass player. Basic punk rhythms with harder edge driving guitars carries messages of resistance, non-compliance and non-conformity. 

Guilty As Charged spent the next three years playing local venues such as the legendary Electric Banana in Pittsburgh, Club Eldorado in Greensburg and Harry's Danceland in Latrobe, PA and subsequenty went on a hiatus. In 2023, one of the founding members decided to write again inspired by global turmoil and authoritarianism and wrote "Demons of the World" a song also inspired by Sick Of It All song "The New Slavery." Working with session musicians the song was release and Chris Lauffer is the sole member of Guity As Charged today.
